This modern medical office building is a three-story, 55,000 square foot medical office facility housing practices specializing in cardiology, radiology, pulmonary medicine and laboratory services.

The prime tenant is Associated Cardiologists, a medical group whose members own the entity that developed the building.  Thus the facility provides not only housing for Associated Cardiologists, but also a real estate investment for the group’s physicians, and there is adequate additional space available for leasing to other professional health care groups.

The building consists of a steel frame with structural metal stud exterior walls and a masonry veneer.  The structural, mechanical and electrical systems were designed to accommodate future changes to the clinical areas.
